Who we are
Two-Minute Speaking is built and operated by Ali Saberian, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: privacy@aienglishspeaking.app.
Paid subscriptions are sold by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom). Paddle is the seller of record for every purchase: it processes your payment, issues the receipt, collects any VAT or sales tax due in your country, and its name (PADDLE.NET* 2MINSPEAK) appears on your card statement. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to purchases.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Support. By email at privacy@aienglishspeaking.app; we answer within two working days. The coach is an AI, not a human tutor: no lessons with a person are included in any plan.
What the app is
Two-Minute Speaking is a practice tool for spoken English. You answer short, life-like situations in English and an AI coach corrects you, teaches one point and plans what to practise next. Corrections, explanations and example sentences are written by an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude). They are usually right and sometimes wrong. The app is a practice aid, not a certified course; it does not promise any exam result, visa, job, grade or level.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that mailbox: whoever can open the sign-in email can open your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 if you live in the EU or EEA) to use the app. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete my data.
Free use and paid plans
Every new learner gets three full sessions free, and after that one free session a week. Full access is a paid subscription, billed monthly (£11.99) or yearly (£59.99), shown in your local currency at checkout with tax included. See the Pricing page.
- Free trial. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are charged only if you have not cancelled by the last day of the trial; two days before, we email you a reminder.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel at any time from Settings → Coach plan → Manage subscription, or through the link in any Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops the next charge; what you have paid for keeps running until the end of that period.
- Fair use. Full access allows up to 15 sessions per day. Free sessions and paid sessions may not be resold or shared.
- Price changes. If a price changes, it applies from your next renewal and we tell you by email at least 30 days before.
Refunds
Our Refund policy is short: if full access is not what you hoped, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Renewals are not refunded except where the law requires it; cancel before the renewal date instead.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own learning. Do not try to break it, overload it, access other people’s data, reverse-engineer it, or use it to produce content that is illegal, abusive or hateful. We may limit or close access that harms the service or other learners.
Your content and our content
What you say and write stays yours. You allow us to process it to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy policy. The app, its lessons, its design and its name belong to us; you may use them only within the app.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as it is. It may change, be interrupted or stop. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses that come from using it or from not being able to use it, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes and the app tells you. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
