Two-Minute Speaking is an AI English speaking coach built around micro-speaking sessions that last under two minutes. Each session puts you in a scenario from your own life, prompts you in your native language, and asks you to answer in English by voice or text. The app corrects your answer, teaches you exactly one point in your native language, shows you the native-like version, and rewards you with coins, streaks and progress toward your daily goal.
What happens in a two-minute session?
A session starts with a scenario pulled from your life: a job interview, a work meeting, an argument with a landlord, ordering food while traveling. The app prompts you in your native language so you understand the situation before you speak. You answer in English, by voice or by typing. Two-Minute Speaking then corrects your answer, teaches you one specific point, explains it in your native language, and shows you how a native speaker would say it. You get coins, a streak, progress on your daily goal ring, and the occasional mascot celebration for finishing.
How does the learner model decide what to teach next?
Every learner gets a life profile: your job, the people around you, your routines, your places and your goals. Two-Minute Speaking uses this profile to write scenarios that match your actual life instead of generic textbook prompts. Alongside it, the app keeps an error ledger with six categories: grammar, vocabulary, nativeness, pronunciation, writing and discourse. Each error is logged as a named, specific thing, not a vague score. A coverage map tracks English concepts by CEFR level, marking each one as not started, introduced, practicing or mastered.
An error only closes once you use the correction correctly N times, in N separate sessions spaced apart. The default is three; the app can adjust this from one to ten depending on how you learn. At most three concepts stay open at once, so you are never asked to fix five things at the same time – old problems close before new territory opens.

Two-Minute Speaking runs today as a web app at https://app.aienglishspeaking.app. Open it in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen, on iPhone or Android, to use it like a native app. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are planned; the web app is the current, fully working version.
What languages does it support?
Coaching happens in your native language: the app prompts you, corrects you and explains grammar in the language you already think in, then asks you to answer in English. The interface itself is available in Persian and English today, with more languages generated on demand as learners need them.
