Who writes here
We are the small team behind Two-Minute Speaking, an AI English speaking coach built for adults who read and write English well but go quiet the moment they have to talk. Most of us learned English as a second language ourselves, and most of us remember the exact feeling this site is about: knowing the word and still not saying it.
What we do all day
We build and run the app. That means designing two-minute speaking sessions, deciding how a learner’s mistakes are tracked, and testing whether a correction actually sticks after three separate sessions rather than after one. The same people who make those product decisions plan and check the articles on this site, so the advice you read here is the advice we act on in the product.
How an article gets made
- A real question first. Every article starts from something people actually search for and struggle with, not from a keyword list alone.
- Research with named sources. Claims about memory, habits or language learning are traced to a paper, an official document or a first-party source, and each one is re-checked by a script before publication.
- AI drafting, human judgement. We use AI tools, including Claude, to draft and to edit. They never publish anything. A human decides what goes live.
- Founder review. Ali Saberian, who built the app and owns this site, reads and approves every article before it is published. If a number cannot be verified, it is removed rather than softened.
What we will not do
We do not promise fluency in thirty days, invent user numbers, or claim exam score gains we cannot show. We do not publish content farms of near-identical posts. When we recommend our own app, we say so plainly and explain what it is for and what it is not.
